Working hours
A flexible framework to support the team
Our suggested timeframe for the day works around 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays, and you’re encouraged to take regular breaks throughout.
We’ll leave it to you to ensure you can manage your inbox and message notifications in a sensible and timely manner.
While we do need you to be responsive, you don’t need to be “on” all of the time, and you’re not expected to be available outside of working hours unless it’s particularly urgent.
Given that we work with clients based all over the world, who therefore operate on different time schedules, there might be times when we need you to work a different pattern or longer hours. While this isn’t a regular occurrence, it is normal practice and something you should expect from time to time, given the nature of the work. That said, we don’t expect anyone to work beyond the average 40-hour working week.
We recognise that unexpected events can arise, whether it’s adverse weather conditions, disruptions to public transport or traffic, or personal challenges. If anything prevents you from starting work on time, get in touch with your line manager and we’ll endeavour to support you to get back on track.
