Everyone who works at Helpful Digital is provided with a package of tech equipment. This broadly includes the following, though will vary depending on your specific needs:

• A Macbook Air
• Second screen
• Keyboard
• Mouse
• Payment for your mobile data and calls

It’s up to you to keep your devices in safe, good working order. Basic steps include:

• Lock things away where you can

• If anything is lost, stolen or damaged, let your line manager know as soon as possible

• Keep your passwords confidential and follow the password policy at all times

• Don’t delete or modify existing systems, programs, information or data

• Ask your line manager before downloading any external software

• Check all incoming files for viruses

• Don’t open suspicious emails
