Data protection and confidentiality

We encourage everyone to talk about their work openly, to share their learnings and successes online, and to generally celebrate the work we do with our clients.

However, some of our projects are sensitive or subject to intellectual property, so you need to be mindful not to share anything that could compromise that. For instance, use your discretion when it comes to sharing images, and avoid screenshots of actual work projects.

It boils down to trust and simply being careful – our clients trust us, so it’s important that we take care with their information. Likewise, we trust everyone who is part of the Helpful Digital team to be responsible in their dealings with the data, conversations and people that form our work.

In brief, and at the very fundamental level:

• We don’t discuss company business within earshot of anyone not involved in a project
• We secure files safely
• We ensure that all company files are protected from unauthorised access
